What data we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name, company or brand, email address, phone number (optional), project type, estimated quantity and the message you write. We do not collect browsing data for analytics or advertising purposes.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess the feasibility of the project you describe and maintain the commercial communication arising from that request. We do not use your data for any other purpose and we do not carry out profiling.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep it
For the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities. If the enquiry does not lead to a commercial relationship, we delete the data after one year.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We do use providers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (delivery of the form email). If you accept the map on the contact page, Google Ireland Ltd. will also receive your IP address. All of them provide appropriate safeguards for international transfers through standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website does not use first-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only exception are the cookies set by Google when displaying the location map on the contact page: that map is not loaded until you accept it in the cookie notice or press the button to view it. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and you can change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to dsn@novadasne.com, providing proof of identity. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
